ISP Subsea Cable Cut --- UPDATE

Please be informed that as per updated by our ISP, the affected subsea cables are partially fixed, and estimated to be completed by end of June.
 
We will keep posted and update if there is any changes or new update from our ISP.

Please be informed that one of our ISP facing a subsea cable cut which affecting the traffic to Europe. Repairing work is currently ongoing. However, there is no ETA for this.
 
Kindly note that this issue will not impact the customer(s) server connection as we will be using the backup link to ensure continuous connection. Some customers may face slowness and high latency due to this issue.
